2001
In 2001, IT Hunter was created, the first Head Hunting company that specializes in the search for executive positions and IT professionals in Chile and the Latam region. Since our inception, more than 200 clients have trusted us in the search and recruitment of world-class IT specialist talent.
The start of IT HUNTER
IT HUNTER It started in a small office in the Golf neighborhood, with just a telephone, a computer, and an agenda with the numbers of the best computer scientists.
The first services ofIT HUNTER They were the attraction and selection of IT Executives together with the IT Commercial positions.

IT HUNTER Start looking for and selecting IT specialists, such as Developers, Programmers, Analysts and among other positions.
2010
IT HUNTERacquires its new offices in "Nueva Las Condes", the most important business sector of the capital. Av. Manquehue 151, Las Condes, Santiago de Chile.
2012
IT HUNTER publishes the first Salary Report of the IT market, being the first study carried out in Chile.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IT Hunter. He is a Computer Engineer with a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, along with various courses and specializations in Chile and abroad. He has more than 30 years of experience as General Manager and IT Manager in national companies.
As a business leader, he serves as Vice President of ACTI (Chilean Association of Information Technology Companies).
As a Head Hunter, he has participated in more than 1,500 projects, placing executives and professionals in Chile and across the region.

In this role, he has managed and sold Head Hunting services to clients across a variety of sectors, including Financial Services, Banking, Retail, Telecommunications, Technology companies, and Startups, among others.

He has held roles as Sub-Manager at Orden S.A., CIO at Sodimac, Commercial Manager at Camarena, and Commercial Planning Manager at Construmart. He later assumed commercial leadership at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions.
Currently, he is Managing Partner at MGM Inversiones.
